Here's an oil painting from 3 years ago, I was 22 and had recently got back from travelling around Europe for a bit, and was working part time at a clothing store.
Without being nostalgic, it's kinda fun to look at old stuff from a different perspective. You can see which parts in yourself that have carried through to this day and which parts fell along the wayside. It's a good chance to re evaluate yourself from the standpoint of being a continually changing process of experiences, because it might offer hints as to where you're going. But I dunno. Don't wanna ramble, hope you like it!

This is beautiful, I honestly thought this was a photograph until I looked closer. And I agree with you on being able to look back on old art and seeing yourself throughout that time. To be able to see your improvement and expansions, but also being able to feel that nostalgia and memory of the journey along the way :)

thanks for the thoughtful comment. I can only look back and smile, both at my weaknesses and strengths. It's all part of the process, and I'm here now and all I can do is my best as long as I remember to (it's funny how easy that is to forget sometimes).
Cheers to the journey :)
